Over the last couple of years One Voice, our worship group, have organised Prayer and Praise Services, mostly on a Saturday. The most recent one on 7 December was organised for the afternoon, but this was slightly different. Those who attended, took their own lunch with them, or enjoyed our new Hungarian minister's  Goulash. This was followed by a Christmas quiz, organised by Naomi, a member of One Voice. A service of prayers and carols/songs was led by Rev Ildiko Haraszti and One Voice at 3.00pm. This was a lovely service with One Voice introducing many new carols/songs, as well as some of the more traditional carols.  We had a really lovely relaxed afternoon, with plenty of cake and tea and coffee!

The event was held on this occasion to raise funds for new equipment for One Voice and the church. Church members were asked to donate cakes, guess the name of the bear, enjoy Secret Santa presents, etc.
